• Accident, incident and near-miss records
• First-aid and fire arrangements
• Contractor approval and RAMS register
• Statutory inspection records (plant, lifting, pressure, electrical as applicable)
• Insurance and employer liability evidence

Construction extras

• PSDP/PSCS appointments
• Preliminary health and safety plan / construction stage plan
• Safety file information
• Lift plans, temporary works register, permits
• Induction records and site rules

ISO extras

• Context, interested parties, and legal register
• Objectives, internal audits, management review
• Non-conformance and corrective action log
